During the Easter weekend, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. the hotel had a stunning ambiance, and staff welcomed us with a big smile. the complimentary meal arranged for us late at night was a bonus. the pool area was spacious, and we could easily get a spot any time of the day. the selection of food was great, and the chocolate fountain on weekends was tempting.
The beds covered under a canopy caused tension among guests, and the air conditioning in the room was poor. the entertainment could have been better, and we could hear conversations from the bar below even with the balcony door shut.

Convenient access to maspalomas beach that was just 1 mile away. The bed was comfortable, so at night I slept well. It was located really close to the a bus stop❤❤

Excellent Hotel Experience
Recently had a fantastic city break experience at a hotel with great facilities and an impeccable service. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and had an impressive view. The breakfast and dinner had exceptional variety and quality, with fresh and delicious food. The location was central, with easy access to transportation and attractions. The staff was friendly, approachable, and eager to help. The pool area was well maintained and provided a relaxing space to unwind.
The smoking on the premises was a let-down. Even the non-smoking areas seemed to be affected by smoking, which made it quite uncomfortable for non-smokers.

The staff was helpful in providing us with information on nearby activities, and we were able to easily catch a taxi to the beach. the room was spotless and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a walk-in shower. the service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast offered a wide range of choices to suit everyone's preferences. the hotel had a designated no smoking area for those who prefer a smoke-free environment.
We did notice a slight lack of chicken breast options in the buffet compared to previous visits.
